Is it possible to downgrade from Premium Plan to Free plan.?
No Jeanette, you cant go back from Premium to Starter.
For that you should cancel your premium membership here Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing and then to create a new starter account

Is it possible to downgrade from Premium Plan to Free plan.?
unfortunately it is not possible to do this, otherwise most would.
if you stop paying your premium membership then if you have domains hosted here you have 30 days to move them to another host.
if this doesn't happen then they will be archived ( you don't pay - you don't get free hosting).
if after the 30 days you want access to your sites then you will need to pay for a month to gain access and move them.
i think they will archive your sites for 6 months, before they are marked dormant.
so once a premium member you stay a premium member.
just so you know there is now a 6 month membership plan along with the yearly and monthly.
