Sharing an audio relaxation program

OK, Some of you responded to my two future blogs and gave me the desire to share

my program with you. The program is currently on cassette tape and I can transfer it

to CD. Someone asked if I could get it to MP3 availability and I probably can do that

but just don't know how to go about it. I run a big Mac and have transferred all my

CD's onto the computer for easy storage and listening. If anyone out there wants to

let me know how I can share this from that point I would love to hear from you.
