Taking My First Steps With Wealthy Affiliate Today
Hello, and thanks for your help, Wealthy Affiliate!
I joined as a free member a couple days ago and started with the lessons. I was impressed with my progress and the ease of learning these new skills. After exploring the site, I took the leap and joined as a premium member.
Roughly twenty years ago I built my first web page using HTML code to get a feel for whether I wanted to continue on that path. It wasn't the path for me at the time. Now I'm pushing a button and creating my first website with Wealthy Affiliate in order to start on my path to building an online business (empire! might as well aim for the stars, who knows, right?).
I created a website so I could follow along with the lessons to gain experience and new knowledge. Once I finally decide on my first niche, I will either adapt the website to my needs or build a new one.
Today I am writing my first blog post. I know blogs have been around for years, I just never saw myself bothering with keeping one. Now I will do so in order to keep track of my progress and keep myself on task, taking action, and taking more steps towards my success.
I look forward to learning more skills, my eventual success, and getting to know more people here at Wealthy Affiliate. I am an introvert, so it may take a while for me to become more comfortable interacting with the community here.

Congratulations on taking the first step by joining premium. I am new as well March 8th 2019 will be 1 month as premium. I was actually blown away by the support that is offered. I to have tried in the past but was either disappointed by scams or the program just left you hanging and wanted hundreds or more dollars.
