Hi! Just a couple of things... Since your site has to do with a medical condition, I would put some kind of medical disclaimer on your home page. Also, I was wondering why there is no "s" in your domain name? Since the disease is "diabetes" and not "diabete", could your domain be switched to "diabeteswar.com"?

Just visited your website - I have type 1 diabetes and so naturally i was interested in the topic. The site is really well put together and the information is very relevant and helpful. I think you have done a great job and i love the clean and well laid out design - However i do have one criticism(constructive)

In one of your articles - You refer to 'intelligent men'...reversing diabetes (see copied quote below)

'However, Intelligent men have developed ways and means of reversing your diabetes'

Not sure if it is only men who are working on diabetic reversals - think there may be a few women also :)
I would correct that misconception - perhaps change it to intelligent people,

Apart from that one small detail, which for the sake of all the intelligent women in the world i had to mention - I think you're site is a very helpful resource for people with diabetes and their families - i will certainly be keeping an eye on further posts to see if i can learn any helpful hints to help with my own condition.

I just went through you site, and read your "About me", you have a "powerful life achievement", look into making video(youtube channel) to attract traffic to your site. may you can get people to sign into your site membership to get information on "How I beat diabetes" something like that.
I found:
1) under First Medication: "In" is next to your picture, should go before September
2) align the first paragraph under "What a Miracle!" and "Strong Reasons for Sharing This"

There's a lot wrong here. I suggest putting your website up for feedback through the Site Feedback feature under the Site Rubix tab.

Remove the affiliate program page. Your niche is diabetes not make money.
