It's easy to add a new blog post, but can I do the same for my pages to add new content
Just tried it. That's not exactly what I am looking for. I don't want to add a new page. I want to add new content to a current page. I want my new content to be under one of my current headings, but can I only do that by adding to what is already there. I wanted it to be I guess like a new topic under the same heading. I don't think I am explaining it very well. Sorry :(
You can copy the url of your posts and paste it into the page where the topic belongs to. It will show up there as a snippet and people can click and find your post from there. This is very useful to gather posts with different topics.
Pages also have the 'Add New' box right in the same place as the posts. Is this what you are asking?

I tried what you suggested and that is not what I am trying to do. I don't want to add a new page, but add new content to a current page. Maybe what I am asking doesn't even really matter should I just continue on page at the top and add my new content. I guess even when you start a new post they still run together??? I don't think I am explaining this very well :( sorry

Yes, you can add new pages like you add new post. From the page option, simply select add new and you are off!
