Buzz And Gang Launched Fifty-Two Years Ago Today!
I was a bit different back then from what is shown in the cover image, but the dream of landing on the moon was launched on this day in 1969.
It took eight years to accomplish the dream, that President John F. Kennedy never got to witness, but still the dream to land a person on the moon became reality.
Apollo 11 blasted off on this day fifty-two years ago and just a few short days later a man (Neil Armstrong), walked on the moon. "One Small Step For Man. One Giant Leap For Mankind".
In the image above the crew of Apollo 11, are Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin made history as the first astronauts to orbit the earth and landed on the moon.
I was 12 years old and vividly remember the broadcasts and the photos that we sent back to earth by Michael Collins who stayed with the rocket ship and orbited while Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin used a lunar module to actually land on the moon. I distinctly remember hearing the famous report back to earth: "Houston, The Eagle Has Landed". And who can forget when the American Flag was planted on the moon.
All three astronauts returned to earth safely, 8 days after they blasted off.
Why is this an important day?

This day should be a lesson to all of us, that anything is possible when you have a dream and you work hard to achieve that dream.
So I say to all of you out there in WA land, don't be afraid to dream big, work hard and never give up or give in! You will be successful.
If it took NASA 8 years to land a man on the moon, it certainly will take you less time to achieve your dream of being your own boss, owning a successful online business or creating multiple income streams.

I can imagine that you are pretty cramped there, especially given the size of the other two dogs!
That's about the same size as our apartment, it's just the two of us and my baby Jack Russell, and feel cramped most of the time!

With my son's dogs, we probably need somewhere in the range of 1600 - 1800 sq ft.
We're always tripping over the dogs or slamming into one another coming out of rooms, etc.

Yes, we just saw one that we all liked, but I think it will go pretty fast in this market, if we don't jump on it.

The house we saw was a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath colonial with full finished basement and a large fenced yard and 2 tiered deck. Needs some cosmetic work but definitely has a lot of potential.
List price is $385,000. Plenty of room to negotiate price. Waiting for my son to get off work to see whether we are going to make an offer or not.

Interior living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room with fireplace. Sliding glass doors to the deck. The basement is a recreation room with a bar and seperate exercise room or whatever you want to make it.
Ground outside slopes down, so pool is out of the question but hot tub on the deck is definitely possible.
That does sound promising indeed!

Hello my two legged Uman friend! Hope you are doing well. Mom decided not to get that house, but we will keep looking and set a goal to buy a new house by the 1st of the new year. 🐾🐾🐾
We all have to do what is best for those around us, if that house wasn't to be, then it wasn't to be!
I do hope that you can find one with a nice large garden so that you will be able to play with your Mother nonstop!!
I hope so too. I have not had the chance (haha) to do that in this house because we can't fence in the property. I would love to be able to just run around and have some fun. 🐾🐾🐾
