In my journey so far, aside from building my own niche websites, I decided to venture in online translation. With Filipino (Tagalog) as my mother tongue and growing up in an English speaking family, I decided to try my luck and joined online translation companies.
After scouring thru the vast opportunities and openings, I finally found my online translation home.
I must say, as I patiently wait for revenues in my WA websites and continue harnessing my training, my online translation income helped support financially my journey here in WA.

Hi Beata, yeah, and I believe many in our WA community speak more than one language so it might be great to consider this supplemental income stream =)
This is a great idea! I teach English online while I work on my sites but was always interested in translating or transcribing as well.
Some members are knowledgeable. There was a great "how to" on Mandarin posted. If interested, I'll look it up!

Hi Mary, there are a lot actually but I was fortunate to be part of The One Hour Translation (OHT) Company =) They are amazing! =) Actually, I deliberately didn't mention it above so the focus will be on my message, but I am happy you asked =) OHT is one great company for translators =) But as I shared, there are many companies and it's just a matter of perseverance and luck to find the best fit =) You should try it and explore the possibility =)

Thank you for this post, I speak fluent Hebrew but unfortunately the online translation ito Hebrew is quite embarrassing...

I speak Spanish too but it’s far less exotic and problematic to translate lol

As for me liking the Hebrew language, I am just fascinated.. maybe because of my religion... but yeah, I'm very happy to meet someone who speak Hebrew =)
