When I click someone else's follow me how does that work
It means that you will get email notifications whenever this person writes a blog or question on WA.
If you are getting too many emails, you can deactivate the notifications.
It makes sense to follow experienced members, because you can learn a lot from their blogs and questions.
If you like helping people, it makes also sense to follow new members, because then you will get an email whenever they need help.
But get ready to get loads of emails. ;)

Thank you for answering my Question. I am getting more familiar with things here on WA. It is somewhat confusing at first, but I am not quitting this time. I have to make WA work for me.

If you have a question or blog, the people that you have follow you back will get a notification and will be able to help you right away.
The more people in your group, the better chance you have of getting an answer fast.
