2 Projects Are Better Than 1 - Here's Why

Just went premium and bought 3 domains. WooHoo

Hi, I'm a newbie so you may not want to listen to me, but I have this method of always working on 2 projects at the same time that goes back to my electrical engineering days which was very effective.

The reason you want 2 projects going at the same time is to avoid BURNOUT. If you get sick of writing about, or working on, or you get stuck on Project 1 you can switch over to Project 2 and work on it for awhile. 3 Projects at the same time may be possible but it could be overhwhelming but you may have a concept for Project 3 that you're just thinking about while hammering away on projects 1 and 2.

My domains:

jesuschristmyhero.com, Christian Blog, Project 1

gadgetsforkitchens.com, Product Reviews for Kitchen Items, Project 2

buyrefurbishedcomputer.com, Product Reviews for Refurbished Electronics, Future Project

My weekly work plan:

Monday - Project 1

Tuesday - Project 2

Wednesday - Project 2

Thursday - Project 2

Friday - Project 1

Spare time on weekends will be for research and additional training.

Now don't get me wrong, I am going through the Online Certification course just on Project 1 first, then repeat for project 2, but it really helps me to have 2 Projects going on at the same time. What about you? Do you agree or disagree with my method?

You may not have as much time as I have to work on your projects, but you should still set a weekly schedule for yourself as a goal, imho.

One last thought. I have no intention of touching the WA affiliate program until I'm an expert, have had success and learn to be a mentor at online affiliate marketing.

All the best, Alex

Fantastic. If you can do more then one at a time. Go for it. Jim

I understand why you want to do this, but honestly for newbies I recommend just one site. You are just learning. You will make mistakes. You will need to go back and fix those mistakes. Having two sites means double the mistakes. I've seen it happen a thousand times.

I always have more than one project on the go because I get bored easily. However it doesn't work for everyone

I also enjoy working on my 2 sites as I love writing and this also keeps my brain very active and focused. For some people, 1 site is enough but I too enjoy 2
All the best

Will not work for me because with just one website, I can't find the time to regularly work on it.
Good luck!
