What To Do After Squidoo? Help!

So I moved over to Squidoo and quite enjoyed making Lenses there because I didn't have to stick to one particular niche. It was an excellent way to find keywords that worked and make money too.
With everything that's happening over at Squidoo I decided it's time to rejoin Wealthy Affiliate to expand on my money making lenses and create a website around at least 1 of my niches. Even though none of my money making Lenses at Squidoo have been locked I still think it's time to move forward.
I have been through a fair bit of training here but can't seem to find direction or an answer to how I should approach these websites. For example, in the training iphone 5 cases are used as an example of a website. This is the kind of thing I'm after (Not iPhone cases tho). Making a website on a group of products to compare E.g Best Coffee makers or Portable iPad Speakers etc.
So here's what I understand.. Using the iPhone cases example.. I make the website, home page and then I can make pages to divide the iPhone cases into categories (Hard Shell,Clear,Waterproof,Blue etc) These would be pages displayed all the time as tabs. These pages have the reviews and links to amazon etc.
Then what do I do? How do I generate traffic from the search engines? Will the pages keywords be enough to bring in traffic like it does on a Squidoo Lens (Excluding traffic from things like Street articles, social networking etc)
I know writing posts will bring in traffic but I kinda don't know what to post about as all the info will be on pages. Say I wrote a post about pink and purple poka dot iPhone 5 cases but the actual product isn't on any of my pages. Would I still write the post and link to Amazon or hope they check out my 'Pages' and simply a way to gain traffic?
Hope I haven't confused every one, it makes perfect sense in my head but I have come to a stand still on creating this niche site. I guess what I'm looking for is how to turn a money making Squidoo lens into a website when it's just based on a group of products.
Anyone got any ideas or example pages/guides, that would be extremely helpful to get through this block. Thanks A Million

Hi Josh,
The key misunderstanding here is when you say "All of the information will be on pages". That is not true. There are going to be tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of keywords that you can choose that will be relevant to your niche. You need to determine what topics your niche is looking for and what info you can give them that will help.
We recommend setting up the framework of your website using pages.

Then everything niche related, use blog posts. Set your website up so that blogs show up on your homepage (this is the default setting in WordPress).
Each blog that you create will target a specific keyword or idea, all the while focusing on delivering information that will help people.
It's impossible to give you ideas on pages or posts to have on your website without knowing who your audience is, but I can give you a few generalized ideas.

Review your #1 recommended _____
Review many other _____
Industry news related to _____
Features that are nice to have when looking for _____
The idea is to educate your audience and be an Authority on the subject.
