I'm coming up to a month now and since I want to continue with premium I just want to know if I will get an e-mail or some kind of a heads up and date that the money will come
Yeah I believe you DO get an email confirmation once payment is taken. It will come off of the credit card you used for your first month

You can go to your Account Settings to check the date and the account you used to set up your subscription

Good point Steve lol but my main concern is how do I pay those taxes or are they automatically taking off before I get money money?
Where do you live?
I don't think the tax is withheld...you will declare your income as you have earned it. Not sure how it is done in UK or USA but that's what will happen here in Oz for me...
