Trickles of Income, INC

If I were to try to describe my Internet business endeavors I could do it in three little words: "Trickles Of Income". I apologize ahead of time if this blog sounds like I'm tooting my own horn, but I'm trying to show my many desperate attempts to make income from the Web.

Trickle #1: Books. I wrote an Ebook called "Selling Your Art on Ebay" in the late '90s (it's on Kindle now). I used Blurb.com to produce a couple of art books, a book of drawings called "A Sketchbook" and a large book of my watercolors titled "Aqueous".

Trickle #2: Blogging. In 2005 I watched a video on blogging and thought maybe that's where it's at. So I created a blog called "A Drawing Per Day" blog, and then later made one for my wife's salon biz called "Extreme Beauty Secrets" and then a music blog that had all of my favorite music on it. Then I did a health blog, a spiritual blog, a blog called solar options and then all of my Squidoo blogs.

Trickle #3: Selling my artwork. I put up my own website in 1995 using html (it's still out there). I also used FaceBook to sell some of my art last year. I have a fan page for my art and music. Got involved with Amazon, eBay, Cafe Press, Zazzle, Imagekind, and Fine Art America selling my art images on all kinds of products. I even have an Etsy Store selling small pieces of art.
Trickle #4: Selling my music. I decided 4 years ago that I should try to get some of my music out there in cyberspace and I found a company called CDBaby.com. They guide you through the process of putting your CD on their site and also distributing it through Amazon, iTunes, and a dozen or more other sales channels. Another website called SoundCloud lets you upload your songs for free.
Trickle #5: Fiverr.com. I discovered Fiverr.com in March 2012, and it kind of intrigued me. I put up 3 or four Fiverr gigs and finally settled into one. It is a Twitter Ad Service where for five dollars I will Tweet anybody's link to my 12,000 followers. It took off pretty quickly and in about 4 months I had enough money to buy a loaded iMac, which I badly needed to replace my 10 year old power mac warhorse. Then competition came and it dwindled down to a very small trickle.
Trickle #6: Wealthy Affiliate. I'm hoping that WA will be the injection that I need to stimulate all of the Internet activities that I have going or not-going. I'm confident that the knowledge learned here can help to make that happen.
I've probably left out a Trickle or two but Thanks for listening
