Winning the Battle of Our Mind Daily with Gracester dot Org
Are you busy today? I guess most people are busy. I am the same!
I have many things want to do and many goals want to be achieved. But there is always some little voice in our mind telling me to do or not to do this.
How to control our mind and take action daily is one of the most challenging task for me to take attention !
I use success journal to force myself to review what need to do daily !
How about you?
I set up my daily task like this:
1. post at least one blog on my own blogging site: http://www.jonathanleong.com
2. update 3 video blogpost on my Wealthy Affiliate home work: http://www.internetscamwatch.com
3 Go through at least 1 lesson of WA Bootcamp or classroom training everyday.
Not only this, I think we need to have daily vitamin and power for our mind. I always use scripture for my mind to stay focus and relax in His love for me.
