So Your Site Is Sociable, Now What
Having these cute sharing buttons on our pages and posts (as recommended by Kyle) is all very well, but how daunting is it for a novice to keep up with what is happening on 4 or 5 social networks?
I decided I want to be as efficient as possible, so I am trying out something called https://hootsuite.com
The 'dashboard' looks quite neat and the developers claim that significant amounts of time can be saved, by having access to multiple networks on one screen. I have yet to prove this, but have now got it set up with twitter, FB, Linked In and Google+. When appropriate, I will add one more, as five is the maximum possible with the free option.
There will be a bit of a learning curve, as with all things new, so I will be interested to know about any experiences others have had, particularly if there is anything potentially negative I should know about.
Who knows, it might even turn out to be profitable, as they do have an affiliate program for the paid option.

We'll see. But the idea of buttons Wordpress is that the reader also shared. Is that screen you're talking about is for the author? I'll go but I wanted to know before. Thanks for sharing with us!
I have never heard of hootsuite, but I will remember that that there is something like that.
I've tried several times but could never get into using hootsuite, I always find it easier to just share on the real thing
It might be a good idea. Let us know how it goes!
