Avocado as a blood sugar control
Consuming avocado on a daily basis could be recommended for anyone anywhere in the world considering the value it could add to preventing and curing many illnesses like hypertension, stroke,, cancer, diabetes and many other chronic conditions. The good thing is that they can be consumed mixed with other foods as well as on their own. Best perhaps when mixed with salads.
