Ranked page one on Google mystery ?

Today my traffic as improved 10 fold but i cant find the keyword that is doing this. Iam happy that iam page one of google but its a mystery what has boosted me to this rank. It was just the other day one of my images got ranked into page one of google 2nd image as well. Hopefully now the traffic is coming in it may generate some money. So the hard work might just start paying off fingers crossed.

That is great new but please make sure that you use more than one pc to check the ranking as I used to find that using same computer checking rank always give me an error status.
