Flex For Families Blog is Live – My Bootcamp Progress Update
Hey everyone,
Here is a quick update on my Bootcamp journey. My new blog, Flex For Families, is officially live, and I’m really proud of the progress I’ve made this past week.
So far, I’ve:
- Set up the website and got the design in place.
- Published 11 blog posts, including my Wealthy Affiliate review.
- Created social accounts for the brand to start building a presence.
- Created landing pages for lead generation and sign-up for an email campaign.
It hasn’t been without challenges—balancing time as a parent is always tricky—but this time around, I feel highly motivated to get this project right. After a couple of previous attempts that didn’t stick, it feels good to be moving forward with a clear plan, finally.
Honestly, I’m proud of how much I’ve been able to get done in just a week. It’s exciting to see the foundations of Flex For Families taking shape, and I’m looking forward to building on this momentum.

It sounds like you have been working hard, especially if you have published 11 blog posts, which is great!
I know where you're coming from, John, it is really good to have a clear plan, and to stick to it. I also appreciate that if you have a family, that's not always easy when it comes to building a business online, etc.

Good morning John,
I must admit I don't really use the hubs very much, but I can see it is a good way of being organised and great for brainstorming. The only thing I think members need to be careful of is to make sure that they change the AI content. I appreciate that AI content is much better than it was, but it still doesn't give that punch that real content and that genuine human experience brings.
For example, in the past, I have seen loads of Wealthy Affiliate reviews, they are almost identical, I don't mean word for word, but they carry the same type of format and content. It's so much better when people put their very own experience into their content, it's kind of unique.
Incidentally, I'm not implying that you are using AI content, it's just something that I have seen a lot of in the past.
I hope that you have another really productive week, John, as it sounds like you are really going for it. It's also great that you're documenting your journey.

I agree, you need to ensure the content aligns with your blog, but more importantly your target audience. AI is great to give you a core blog post. But you definitely need to go and humanise it. I know what you mean when you read some blog posts. It’s like the author hasn’t gone back and read it.

I must admit, I do find it amazing what AI can do and how it can brainstorm, etc, it takes a lot of hard work out of the research, etc. We just have to be careful, when it comes to content, but I'm glad you are humanising your content, John.
