Website Business looking for People
I am looking for 2 business partners. I will build a contract and this is what the business model will be based around.
Me - Website Development
? - Social Media Manager
? - Research & Blog/Page Writer
I will pay for all tools needed to develop websites. Here is what I currently use & have :
Domain Host - Host Gator (Way better than WA)
Keyword Research - Jaaxy
Logo's/Design - Use Fiverr
I will split all percentages of all the website we make profit off of.
I will be purchasing future domains to start building more website and these will not be done without everyone being on board for what we are doing.
Percentages will be as follows:
Me - 51%
Social Media Manager - 20%
Research & Blog/Page Writer - 29%
You will not be required to put any money up front, and that is why the percentages are what they are.
If you are looking at joining, and saving your money from WA and can even get paid a higher percentage let me know ASAP, because the first that contact me, and are serious, I will be taking first come first serve.

Seems like the writer and social media person are assuming all of the risk in this arrangement. If you don't make any money, you just walk away with nothing to lose. The social media person and the writer will have spent all the time and effort with no guarantees of any payback. Anyone can start their own websites and create the content and social media for themselves. The costs for them is minimal as well.
I would normally agree, but I am fronting about $100 a month worth of services for them to use to succeed. I am paying for the best keyword tools, marketing & other programs like unicorn smasher. I am also spending hours building the websites themselves, so i am definitely putting forth effort and my own money, if no money gets made, they lose time, i lose both.
Sounds good in theory, but the practicality is the big workload is the writing. Writing regular, constant content is extremely time consuming and mentally draining. Creating the actual website can be done in a day.
I will be also helping with the content creation & a good website most definitely could not be built in a day. Using wealthy affiliate, absoutely because you are working with the bare basics, not premium parallax themes or advanced plugins that need coding. A good website is also never finished, always adapting and finding something better.
