Diamond is:
1. A precious stone consisting of a clear and colorless crystalline form of pure carbon, the hardest naturally occurring substance.
2. A figure with four straight sides of equal length forming two opposite acute angles and two opposite obtuse angles; a rhombus.
What is the symbolic meaning of a diamond?
The diamondis LIGHT, life, the SUN; it is an emblem of purityand perfection, of invincible(too powerful to be defeated or overcome)spiritual power, and it is the stone of commitment, faithfulness, and promise between husband and wife. Symbolof light and brilliance; unconquerable; treasures, riches, intellectual knowledge.

Great post Johane, I am a big fan of affirmations and said often enough and in a relaxed state they will go into the subconscious and be part of every day thinking.
I am a great believer in stating what you want to believe rather than what you don't because the brain can't process a negative without acting upon it.
The classic don't think of a red boat come to mind, and of course don't think about quitting. The brain is powerful and literal so tell it what you do want to it to think.
