What is fear?

  • Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain or harm.
  • Fear is a killer of greatness.

But if you do something you fear the most, fear will flee or run away.

What is winning?

  • Win is to be successful or victorious.

Determination is the key

Determination is the quality of being determined; firmness of purpose. Determination is a drive.

  • Determination is the strength of your intent. You are the architect of your own life and your inner being is the one that propels you towards a goal. Commitment is your decision, because you must make a decision if you want to do something. You must have a personal commitment in order to move forward on reaching your goals.
  • Your will to succeed is the strength of your inner self, which may be influenced by external motivations such as the desire for money or recognition.

Courage

  • The ability to act, despite fear, is courage. It requires you to have ability to risk. Remember; it is very, very, very risky to not to take a risk. The greatest risk is to do nothing. To overcome fear, you must always do what you fear most. Self-confidence and positive-talk must be your drive within yourself.
  • Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is doing the things you fear.

Focus

  • Focus is the centre of your interest or quality of having clear vision and being able to see clearly where you are going.

Follow One Course Until Success –Robert Kiyosaki

  • You must have the proper focus in order to follow the steps in your plan.

Resilience - requires insight.

  • You need to develop the ability to ask yourself tough questions and answering them honestly. If you had something to do with your loss, be honest and responsible for it.

Have confidence. Be courageous to follow suit for what you want and become fearless at your own negative self-talks and external life disturbances or destructions. FIGHT YOR FEARS AND BE SUCCESSFUL.

I think when we are afraid or fearful it is because we lack confidence in the ability to handle the situation (COVID), but when it is something we do have control over (daily activities), moving forward, one step at a time-
A great mind fog hit me once I started working with a client. We are very different. His point of view is not something I agree with and so I just try and be helpful to things that he needs help with (physically)- do what I can and surrender what I can't-

Really great!
Fear is as much a friend as our enemy. Fear allows us to be careful in the face of danger. But the problem is that we can assimilate to danger all that we do not know. Which could prevent us from moving forward. So let us tame our fear so as not to be blocked in our path towards our goals.
