Firstly you need to join their affiliate programme https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/
If you don't have much content on your site they might refuse you first time round (they did me, I was successful on second application)
Also bear in mind if you have to make a sale within a certain time or they'll dump you. It's better to wait till you have decent traffic to your site before applying.
