The world changed... did you notice?

  • Almost overnight, our lives have changed.
  • We've been forced into exile!
  • No longer can we go about freely.
  • Public gatherings are out... restaurants have been closed.
  • Some have taken advantage of the new opportunities that have come.
  • Others have just crawled in the hole and pulled it in after them!
It's time to come out!
  • I am not advocating that we disobey healthy advice.
  • What I am telling you is to crawl out of the pit you have dug for yourself.
  • We are all tired of the virus that changed the world.
  • Lives have been disrupted. Businesses have been lost.
  • People have lost precious loved ones... the virus is vicious.

The time has come!
  • Take your life back... it's time to live! This can be your new beginning!
  • The past is behind... the future is not promised... you only have NOW... do it!

I love the words of George Bernard Shaw:

"Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself."

TAKE IT BACK! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Even though COVID has taken so much, the things that are happening because of it are remarkable. Part of the ozone layer is recovering because there aren't as many cars or factories as before. This is the beginning of a new era. THere will be those who will seek and depend on government support, and then there are those that will seek on the path of WA. I was deeply upset. Not because I have lost anyone in my immediate family, but those that made their business "brick and mortar" invested years, but didn't take the time to get "online"- Some businesses will learn how to run their business online and recover with greater insight. Some will close their doors never to reopen. IT is a time of learning and adapting to the world around us. Much like a butterfly has time in its cocoon, there will be a great transformation.

Great post.

Joe,
I definitely feel your urge to take your life back, but please be aware of the risks you are taking. I am a first responder and I've seen the worse this virus can offer. I too want to get back to my normal life, and one day I think we all will. Let's hope for that day

james

Thanks James. Yes, we have to act responsibly and safely.
Joe

Yes Joe - I agree

It has been extremely difficult in all corners of the world.

Life as we knew it will never be the same.

It has given me time to rethink & I do look forward to a great future, even at my age. LOL

I will "TAKE IT BACK"

Denis

Great Denis.

During the crisis I gained: more calmness in my life, new opportunity with WA (!),more mobile working hence More time with my family. Which are the positive things That happened in your life during the crisis?
