It was the best of times.

It was the worst of times.
- Charles Dickens wrote The Tale of Two Cities and this was his observations.
- His observations were about Paris and the times were worse.
- In his hometown of London, times were good.
- Could this be our case today? Some places are absolutely terrible.
- Other places are maybe, not so bad.
Yes, people are dying... thousands are sick.
- It is certainly the worst of times for many.
- Yet, there is hope.
- We here at WA can make a difference. We can help turn things around.
- For starters, we can be kind to each other. We can respect each other.
- Show some tolerance, especially to our new members, who are learning.
- Keep your posts positive... the battle is not with each other.
Let's make this into the best of times... this too shall pass.

Hi Joe, such a positive and motivational post. When I grew up my grandmother used to tell us younger kids 'if you have nothing positive or useful to say, don't say anything'! (Meaning don't be unkind.)
As I grew up I realised how wise this advice was, I found myself passing it on to my own children and do try to remember to practice it myself. At the very least it means that you are disregarding others and concentrating on your own affairs... which allows you time to work on your business!
Useful, especially at this 'socially distanced' moment in time! Many thanks, Sue 😉
Thanks Sue
Joe
