Few engines can run full power all the time!
No pilot pushes his engine/s full power all the time!
- Soon after takeoff, we have our first power reduction.
- When we level off, we reduce power to cruise power.
- On landing, we reduce power to slow down to land.
What does this have to do with me?
Everything!
Long distance runners don't run full speed all the time!
- They pace themselves!
- At WA, it is a long distance run. Don't try to run full speed every day.
- You can sprint to the top and fall to the bottom quickly.
- Adjust your pace... study... ask... write... take a break.
- Most of us have families... don't neglect them for business.
- All of us need rest... please don't neglect it.

So true, Joe. I had to slow down from three articles a week to two because it felt like a race and I was afraid I might burn out. I think two a week are still good, better than nothing. It is still a lot of work as I started doing videos as well.

Reflective today Joe, you have made an excellent point, it takes stamina to be able to pull those hard out full-on days, end on end.
Discovering our flow can be one of the best breakthroughs that we can make, learning when to go hard out and when to slow down can be the thing that delivers sustainability.
I see a few going hard out without the conditioning that will see them through the day let alone the night.
Feeling for some members at the moment, you can see it happening.

LOL, I am so involved in doing affiliate marketing and
internet marketing all my free time is spent in front of
the computer. I need to learn to relax more and spend
time doing other things.
