Every pilot uses a checklist!
- We "pre-flight" the airplane before we get in it... walk around and inspect.
- Then comes the startup check list.
- Next the pre-taxi checklist... then the pre-takeoff checklist.
- The co-pilot reads them off, the pilot calls out "checked."
- Everything is checked at least twice and at least 2 sets of eyes look at everything.

Should we use a checklist in our writing?
- Personally, I use a grammar software in writing, then paste it to the blog template.
- Next comes the ABC grammar/spell checker.
- Then I read it through a few times to catch any last minute changes...
- Finally, I hit the publish key.
- Do you check your work to make sure it is readable before hitting that magic button?

Oh no... I did it again!
- Did you run your post/blog through the ABC grammar/spell checker?
- Have you checked to make sure your sentences are short and readable?
- Will potential sales be lost when they read the first sentence, full of typos and bad grammar?
- English not your first language? Run it through Google Translate, then check it.

Failing to check to see if the landing gear is down...
- Is not only embarrassing, it can be deadly!
- A simple checklist can prevent that.
- Before you hit "publish," use the check list!
Here's to many safe landings and great posts/blogs!
