There are cpanel and file manager here in wealthy affiliate

What is cpanel and FTP? Not familiar with either.

Hey Robert,

There is NO CPanel access to our websites here at WA, but there IS FTP access... and you will find that information listed under SiteManager > Details button of the website in question.

"cPanel is a web based hosting control panel provided by many hosting providers to website owners allowing them to manage their websites from a web based interface. This program gives users a graphical interface from which they can control their portion of the Unix server." Source: wpbeginner.com

FTP - "The File Transfer Protocol is a standard network protocol used for the transfer of computer files between a client and server on a computer network. FTP is built on a client-server model architecture using separate control and data connections between the client and the server." Source: Wikipedia

Hope you find this helpful.

Unfortunately we have no access to c-Panel in WA. You can access you file through ftp. If there are things you want to access beyond that, you need to reach out to site-support. I also wish we have access to c-Panel.

Joe

No Wealthy Affiliate uses their own panel. If you looking to upload files you will need to use FTP which is pretty simple. FileZilla is a good free FTP client and works on just about any platform.

Your FTP login info can be found in the details for each of your sites.

Hope this helps,
- Glen B

When I do a keyword search ib Jaaxy I get

Jaaxy is an amazing research tool! ... have you had a chance to check out Jay's trainings / webinars ... here's one for your viewing/learning pleasure -- you might want to sit with a refreshment to enjoy the hour+ webinar ... cheerio... :)

I know it is I'm just having a hard time figuring out how to best use it. These videos help. I'm a slow learner LOL Thanks Joe

it's all ok ... frankly with your CPA designation, you're a very smart cookie who's great on details ... so what exactly about Jaaxy that ails you? ... try to help ... such as it is around here -- so much to learn and so much of it very technical actually ... :)

I'm probably overthinking it. Too much info in such a short time. I'm stuck on this: When I do a longtail search I get

okay -- going across the top so to speak:

1. keywords then

That would make sense to me except that every single search I've done comes up that way and I've done hundreds of them. So your saying is that not one of my searches would have generated more than 34-40 visits?

... each set of keyword(s) going across have their own set of metrics ... so I don't quite understand your question ... would u like to send an example -- Jaaxy is back up apparently ... :)

hey Joe -- found a Q&A -- check out Krazy Kat's answer/description to see if that would help you better ... if not, we can discuss tomorrow as I'm pretty much done for today ... thanks kindly... :)

Some of the long tail keywords are not grammatically correct but look like they get a lot of traffic. For example, "How start a business" gets hits. Is it ok to use it, just to

I don't think it is a good idea, Joe
Keywords are so important and misspelling them is probably not a good move
Vicki

I don't know about anyone else but I always have a negative reaction to misspellings or incorrect syntax.

Always use keywords that make grammatical sense and that are correctly spelled.

Using misspellings etc is an old technique that should not be used any more. Google is to clever for that and it also send a bad signal to your visitors if you do not use proper grammar/sentences

Thought so. Just wanted to confirm. It seemed to simple. Thanks!
