Have you ever been taking strides in life, and all of a sudden you noticed, things just seem to be the same day in and day out sort of like the movie Groundhog Day? Well at one point in time this is exactly how I was feeling.
What do you do to change these circumstances? Well I took a step back, maybe two steps back, who am I kidding? I took several steps back to perform a Re-Evaluation of myself. This, I did by simply making a list of Things I Liked, Things I Did Not Like, and How To Change The Things I Did Not Like about my life.
The first thing most of us deal with and may overlook at times is Negative Energy. Allowing ourselves to constantly be surrounded by Negative Energy can be very draining all by itself. It can cause us to constantly think negative, remain unhappy, and worst of all result in a decline from Good Health to a Very Unhealthy status.
When I made my list, I started listing everyone who has my best interest at heart. These are the people who are encouraging me to move forward in life, they give me positive, sound advice, and on top of it all, I know that I am where I am in life because of some of their advice. As far as people go, they are the only ones I need on my list. I left All of the other people off. All of my other likes and dislikes were a piece of cake to figure out.
Once my list was complete, I started working on ways to change the circumstances concerning my dislikes by Re-Inventing Myself. GOD's Grace, Mercy and unchanging hand played the biggest part of my stress free life. Oh I can't forget, I pray a lot as well.
