Refusing to Quit!
This is my first WA post after being a premium member for over a year. I have to admit that I am not proud of where I am on my WA journey, I was hesitant writing this post and sharing about my progress because I wish I would have been a lot further at this point. However, if I think about how much I have grown in terms of my self-confidence that I CAN do this, I am grateful and proud of that.
I have just completed Level 2 of my training and have written a few posts on my website; www.ascentofthemind.com. I realize given the time I have been here at WA that isn't much in terms of progress with my training, building my website and business, but I am proud of how much I have learned so far and grateful for everything WA stands for and offers.
I am confident that if I keep going through all of my training modules, completing my assigned tasks, learning from those who are successful and have gone before me, attend the live webinar trainings, read the group discussions and WA posts, set and stick to my goals, and work hard in taking consistent action....then I too WILL be successful and make the progress that I aspire.
I am currently working a full time job in the financial services industry with a 4-hour round trip commute, building a professional life coaching business with my wife, a dad of 4 children, and an active member at my parish, so I am stretched for time but I will continue to persevere to one day be able to say good-bye to the "rat race" commute and build a great website and business that will allow me to serve others and add value.
My advice to anyone who comes across this post and is also struggling making progress at a quicker rate...REFUSE TO QUIT!!! The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is that successful people quit quitting!! Keep marching ahead!!
