Jim, I saw them my whole life in Minnesota. I was born and raised in Minnesota the land of more than thousands of lakes. BWCA, we went every year. They are so beautiful! We always drove way up north to our cabin and ready ready to see those northern lights the best time to see them is during early spring, Fall season and winter. I saw them in North Dakota, Manitoba way up north beautiful sight. I have fond memories of us being all together to watch the sky light up with those green lights. It's more beautiful watching it on a frozen lake with snow on the ground gorgeous view of the celestial lights! They are awesome sight to see when the sky is clear. My father had a telescope we always saw them up close. Fond memories!
