Oh Yes, It's Good To Be Home For A Bit!
Hi Everyone, A bit of an update to let you know what I been doing! Apart from more IT tech challenges I am learning how to run a Facebook Adset Campaign.
Oh boy! While it is fun, it is demanding! Don't you dislike it when you are unsure of what you are doing but doing it anyhow? I believe I'm getting better at it.
Basically, it is about testing ad, after ad, after ad, to find the most profitable ads or the ads that draw the most traffic. The Facebook algorithm is adept at finding the best audience for us over a period of about 45 days. Once we discover THE BEST ones, we ask Facebook to go find "lookalike" audiences which obviously grows our reach even further.
I have one ad outperforming all others however it certainly doesn't fit into the VIRAL category! That is, of course, what I am going after.
We can target traffic, conversions and others. Ooooo!, I would love to be targeting conversions, however, I am still growing traffic. By the way, the Facebook Campaign I'm using requires a budget of some $AUS S2,000 a month. I have been so frugal since joining WA that I decided IT WAS TIME I put my money where my mouth is!
Amazingly I am on Page 1 Pos 2 in Bing and Page 1 Pos 3 in Yahoo and again I am not getting clicks. This happens to me and I have no idea why. I have resolved an issue I had with Google Analytics and still no clicks. Beyond me! Not wasting anytime on it. I am getting 100's of clicks with Facebook so loving hanging out with them.
My campaign has been running for about 8 days out of a possible 45 days, so it is early days. I will report again in a week or so and share what's happening.

Hi there, I had to be brave! Nothing I was doing was moving the needle in my business. I had to try something new! It is scarey for me to commit the $’s however I am grateful for the 450 clicks I am now getting. Wasn’t getting any!
