Let life lead you to where you are meant to be. yes!
Well Hellooooo Everyone. Once again I have been absent. Life is so busy with newness every single day.
How goes it with you? Hang loose and stay on the path, you never no where it is taking you.
My big news is that I HAVE QUIT SMOKING for over a year. Hallelujah!! After smoking for 50 freaken years I've finally found the courage, rose to the occassion and ditched my life threatening habit. Truly, I am so lucky to have escaped serious damage. Gratitude. Lost half my teeth due to periodontal disease and believe me dentures don't quite cut it however it's better than no teeth. Gratitude!
It is incredible how life leads you to where to need to be even though I didn't know it was happening! I tried several niches without a lot of success to be led to the "Quit Smoking" niche.
Now I have first hand knowledge of "the how to quit" and developed ideas to help myself stay on the path and wait for it: I am now so equipped to help others to quit. Amazing!
So WA Family, hang in despite the apparent lack of progress. You never know where it is leading you to! I've hung in for 2+ years. True. Extraordinary stuff.
Cheers and Happy Days, Jill

Thanks. Wow 12 years. You are definitely a non smoker. Just curious, do you ever have urges to smoke after 12 years? I agree, best thing I will ever do. Cheers Jill
Hi Jeff thank you. I am now passionate to help others quit. Lots of mind games have to be overcome and I had to develop methods to get myself home. Done and dusted. Cheers
I congratulate you, Jill! I successfully stopped smoking for 12 years before starting up again a couple of years ago. I am cutting back little by little!

Hi Jeff. I occasionally get in the slipstream of a smoker. Costs me nothing and not always available! Haha. How are you cutting down? I smoked only half a cig at a time. We all have our ways. 12 years has done magic for your health. I applaud you. Cheers
I've done it once, Jill! I know that I can do it again! Thanks for your inspiration!

Hi Jill, congratulations on quitting smoking. Good for you.
It can truly be incredible where life leads you, and the journey can have it's moments. Never quitting in tough times, and the determination to keep on that path to success.
Truly very inspirational Jill, thank you for sharing.
All the very best,
Michael
Hello there. Thanks for dropping by. What do they say: "It's all about the journey, not the destination". Pretty well says it all. Cheers Jill
Hi Jill, I do believe that is what they say.
