I bought a course and lost interest, didn't finish it
WHY? WHY? WHY? I asked myself! This is happening to so many I decided to find the answer for all of us.
What I’ve discovered:
VISUALISATION
Visualising, in all it's glory, which is rehearsing repetitively what we want to happen will bring it into reality. I stand in front of the mirror, look myself in the eye and imagine how I will react and FEEL when what I want is a reality.
When we do this repeatedly for months, even 12 months, our brain accepts IT IS IMPORTANT and consequently subconciously it goes off looking for ways to help us achieve this task that is so important.
Visualisation comes naturally to me however some people are challenged to make their visualistions real. Practice in private, don't be shy, let yourself and your body express as if it has already happened.

I’ve got this! I’m on my way to a side hustle. YAY! (Clap your hands)
I Can, I Will, End of Story. Course done and dusted! I DID IT!!!!! ((Wriggle body with glee)
NOTE: It is compulsory to employ your celebration emotions and your physical body for this to work. Don’t be shy - Dance like nobody is watching! When our emotions and body are completely involved the action becomes an experience not just a rote few throwaway words.

A lot of people are visual. Well, all of us are! And that is why we wanted to see so as to believe. We wanted to behold our goals because it is not just to see but to cherish and celebrate the joy of achieving!
Oh yes, to cherish and celebrate the joy of achieving. I love that. Seeing and celebrating in advance makes it an experience which is lived. That is when I believe it will be brought into realty. Jill, love this, it is often said that if you do something consistently for three weeks it becomes a habit. For months now I have been doing the live chat, it is a habit, which I now do as soon as I get on the computer, similarly my twice weekly blogs on a Wednesday and a Sunday, automatically follow the live chat on those two days.

Hi, Yes habits are more easily formed in my opinion. When visualising achieving success in everything we do, I believe we have to have the full body experience. The more we rehearse and repeat it, involving the emotions and physical reactions, the more it becomes automatic. In my opinion that is why happy people get happier. Once the experience is achieved at some level, the belief becomes set in concrete and we forever repeat and rehearse automatically. This makes us more successful and achieve more happiness.
