How many people or family do you live with? Are they distraction from your work sometimes?

Hey Everyone!!! Before I start this I just want to Thank EVERYONE on Wealthy Affiliate for all Advice, Help, and Tips for a Beginner at WA like Me. You all are truly wonderful people and from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!! :-)
The People or Family You Live With Are A Distraction? or Helpful?
OK, Now I love my family to death but I live with my in laws!! Lucky Me lol but the in laws I do live with are my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and my wife and 2 little daughters. Sometimes my Grandmother in law stays for 3 months. That's 4 women and 2 little girls and me, 1 male. YES!! I am the only male in this house and its rough, I never win an argument. So I have just given up and just never disagree with them cause if I do I know it will start a long argument and I have work to get done. Everyone knows that say, "Happy Wife, Happy Life" well for me its "Happy In Laws, Happy Wife N Happy Life" LOL! But I love them all they are just a distraction. I try to separate myself so I can get some work done. Sometimes it doesn't work. Both my daughters are amazing and they are my world but I have found that when I work on WA and my website I have to post a note on the door that says WORKING DO NOT DISTURB.... So my daughters come up to me and say dad I want to play with you outside or will you help me with this or help me with that. It gets frustrating cause I am trying to do good work and being interrupted a million times knocks me of my groove. What I have done is sit at my desk and laptop til 4am or 5am working and the wife is getting pissed... Does this happen to anyone else or is this just my wonderful life? I would love to hear from other affiliates on here and friends, how you get distracted and how you fix from getting distracted???
SO!! This post is for anyone out there that gets distracted by the people you live with and what do you do to make that stop!

That sounds so frustrating.
We have our daughter and granddaughter living with us she is 3 and demands attention all of the time. I just put my headphones on then she knows I’m working.
Awww I bet she is just cute as well lol I know during these time in the world there are households that have extra family members or friends living with them and sometimes its great and sometimes it can be a pain in the rear lol I put my head phone on when I stay up later then my wife cause she snores so loud! its insane cause sometimes I can hear her snoring over the head phone and thats usually when I shake the bed LOL Thank you so much for leaving a comment and if you have any tips to help with interruptions or on W.A please don't hesitate to message me or leave a comment

I was going to suggest a post-it on your door with the words "do not disturb" but you already did that and it doesn't seem to work, lol.
I don't know, maybe find a room where the rest of the family hardly goes to? I am not in that situation, but I can imagine how annoying it can be not to be able to work when you want to.

It get pretty frustrating and that usually why I sleep maybe 3 to 4 hours a night cause I want to do some work and train. Thanks for the ideas maybe I should just hide in the bathroom and when they knock on the door I tell them I am going number 2 LOL Thanks so much for the message!

I work at night when they are sleeping and I sleep during the day :-)

I did that the first week Mel and my wild to choke the hell out of me for keeping and waking her up when she is trying to sleep. I told her well you did want my desk by the bed! LOL!!!
