Sounds great! I like that you inserted images! Always helps to break up the text and make it more readable. I use my fitness pal and it helps a lot. I also drink lots of water in an inspirational cup and do intermittent fasting. My blog is organic skin care and I have been writing about water / skin, apple cider vinegar / skin, sugar / skin. So you are kinda on my level right now. Keep going! Good luck!
