If it is one whole image, you may have to break them up into separate images to link them to the specific pages. Otherwise, the entire image will link to only one page.
You can also keep the image as is and use an image map. The below tutorial is a bit older but explains how to do so: How to Add Multiple Links to One Image?
I Really wanted to join ShareASale. There is a company I really wanted to work with. Now what?
I was declined too - I had a company contact me directly to join their affiliate program that was managed through shareasale and got declined - I would imagine b/c of traffic - since then I have seen a bump in traffic but its mainly through a low traffic keyword article around a product that I currently promote - Im on the first page of google with that one -
I haven't reapplied yet but may do so since I have seen a traffic bump - if you are early in the game im sure they are looking at your content and traffic - those will build over time
Don't give up, write content, attract some clicks and they'll surely accept you when you try again. I thought they would approve anyone looking to promote products.
Write about anything! I review stuff I buy from amazon

She has been super helpful with that affiliate program for me.
P.S. I believe she is the WA rep for them.
Many affiliate companies will do an audit of your website and will want to see a decent amount of content. As Luc has already said, 20-30 posts at least.
Besides, without content, you won't have any traffic and hence no one to purchase the products you are promoting.

Hi - your site has not even been found by Google yet. This is called indexing and can take a couple of weeks. Until then, your site is not in its search engine.
ShareASale will know that you won't be receiving any visitors, and as such, there is no point approving you, as nobody will see your links.
