This is going to take a lot longer than I expected.
When I joined WA a few weeks ago I thought I would get up and running right away.
I just finished reading lesson two of targeting audiences for wealthy affiliate training referenced in lesson two of affiliate bootcamp.
I had to step away and let the info sink in. I was on the part in the targeting audience training of actually doing keyword searches.
When you click on the view results competition link the QSR number is usually in the hundreds. I don't know what this means exactly. But I am guessing from what I read that you want a QSR under 300.
I also think I understood that I need to get keywords that have low searches and high traffic? Or is that the other way around?
I know I will learn this. Its just going to take a lot longer than I thought readjusting my signups to WA to a very small number my first year. Or sales I meant.
Any responses to these fumblings would be greatly appreciated.

All in all though I think this is going to work out quite well for me.
I am a member of this and one other affiliate network. I consider WA superior in many areas. However I am still staying with the other as I am earning a little from it each month and that's more progress than I have had in my whole life.

QSR means „Quoted Search Results“. It‘s the number of websites that google finds for the exact keyword if you would type it into the search bar in quotes. It‘s your competition for THAT keyword and it should be as low as possible. Traffic and Search Volume, on the other hand, should both be high, as that represents your potential visitor, readers and customers!

Its better that I learn the info and learn it right and do well. Rather than learn the info wrong and do really badly.

That's quite normal to find some lessons taking longer than others. You're doing fine - the important thing is that you master the knowledge.
