Facebook widgets and why they're awesome
I love that I can put the Facebook widget on my site with the "like" and "share" buttons. People who visit my site get to share the articles and posts that they like and I get to see in real time how many people are reading and liking my posts. It's very helpful. I know that if a post or article is not getting many likes that I need to change topic and work with something more relatable.
It also lets me know when a topic strikes gold so that I can continue in that vein for future topics. If you haven't used this widget for your site you should get it right away. Just my opinion.

Is Facebook really a good place for advertising? Facebook policies are not helpful for business growth. According to my experience, Facebook is becoming more and more a place for people just to hang out than to help driving traffic for their businesses.. Im not very excited about Facebook today.. Too many users there but less comments on any post someone can publish there.. This is just my opinion ! Thanks ..

Facebook is the perfect place for me to advertise my site because I am attached to a lot of groups that cater to parents of children with special needs, which is what my site is about. It might not work as well for others but since it has such a large reach, I think it's definitely worth it.

I'm working with Ello.com, Diaspora.com, Circleme.com, Hubepages.com..Those social media are more efficient in term of driving traffic to a website fare more than Facebook according to my experience... Thanks ..

Thanks for the tip! I use Facebook a lot, which is why I chose to use it for my site but I will definitely check out those other social media outlets.
