We All Need Structure.What is the Next Step?.Stay with The Flow
How are you? It is Saturday, March 18, 2023. I hope you are thriving in your part of the world, wherever that may be.
I have discovered once again that I am a contradictory individual. I think maybe every one of us fit that category.
I say that for this reason. We all want freedom. Time freedom, financial freedom, just the freedom to do what we want each day.
Our culture goes against it, but we want it.
At the same time, we want to be told what to do next. We are that way because of our education system, I believe. From birth, we have been conditioned to follow instructions and wait for the next instruction.
So, if we step back and look at the big picture, we need to learn how to think for ourselves and then to be pushed to take action on our ideas. Don't worry about failure, since it has to happen in order to learn.
Wealthy Affiliate gives us that structured, step by step, flow chart that gives us guidance and direction. The training is laid out very similar to a flow chart.
The training explains why we are taking the steps we are taking and then pushes us to take small steps along the way. From there, we should be letting our own thinking and creativity take over.
But we have been given the basic idea of how success is supposed to flow.
I have learned now, from several experiences, that freedom comes from discipline and structure. Freedom does not come without some sort of price.
You can learn alot from youtube. You can learn alot from reading books. You can certainly learn from life experiences.
However, you only learn bits and pieces and may not be putting things in a good enough order to truly succeed.
We need advice. We need direction and structure. Once we have that and we have confidence in our chosen direction, then, over time, we can establish some success and freedom comes after that.
Study, read, do the work, and then repeat the process. Each time we gain knowledge and we add a little more to our skill set. We have that flow chart with Wealthy Affiliate.
I am close to being done with Level 4 of the Entrepreneur Certification. It does give me a good feeling to follow the steps and see the progress of finishing something.
I am looking forward to getting deeper into the Affiliate Bootcamp. I am going to try to figure out, once and for all, which strategies work best for me to pursue.
The fact that we have lifetime commissions and lifetime cookies coded to us with each referral we bring in goes a long way. We don't have to worry about losing a customer.
We do have the responsibility of trying to help guide each referral we bring in. We don't just hook them and then turn them loose. We need to check in with them.
Kyle is checking in with me regularly and so is Vitaly. We need to pass that on as we bring people in.
The structure here is good. It's a well laid out plan. I wish you the best as you follow it.
