I subscribe to "MotivationalDoc" on Youtube and that's where the image came from.

It costs nothing to subscribe to a YouTube channel, of course, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. They put out alot of "food for thought" posts.

I am not big on hyped up conversations and sales pitches at all. I won't deny that I have been fooled by them in the past, but you grow out of that over time.

However, it is a fact that many of us have worthwhile dreams that we need to pursue and the world in general can sometimes tell us we will never get there.

Sometimes, as odd as it seems, our own family and closest friends will be the major players trying to hold us back, even if unintentionally.

We have to be mature enough to recognize that and on what level. Many times it is best to work on a dream we have as quietly as possible.

When we arrive, or even get close, then we can announce that we have been working behind the scenes for quite some time.

Sometimes, it is best for us mentally to do that.

Our dreams never expire. We put them on hold. There are plenty of valid reasons to put them on hold, but we put them on hold.

I look at several current athletes I follow right now, AJ McCarron and Jalen Hurts being the main two that come to mind.

AJ McCarron was the starting quarterback at Alabama and wanted a career as a starter in the NFL. Things have not always gone well for him, but he is a good quarterback, and is now playing in the XFL.

He is keeping his dream alive. I certainly wish him the best with the XFL.

Jalen Hurts is quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles and a former starter at Alabama. He just lost a very close Super Bowl game and I think he will be back for more.

He also has class coming out of his pores. I've never seen a classier person and athlete.

I could go on and on with athletes I keep up with still working on dreams they had since childhood.

Now, a more realistic dream for us is simply achieving financial freedom. We can do that with affiliate marketing and we actually have no limits in doing so.

We have to continue to gain skills. We have to continue to work, tweak our sites, think out of the box, be creative, give credit where it is due in our research, speak in our own voice in our content, and simply grind it out daily.

All the while, the dream of financial freedom should never die because it is completely doable and our families deserve it. We want our kids to see us succeed.

So, your dream is unique to you. Your website, your content and your path is unique to you.

Do not let your dream expire. I almost have on a few occasions. I finally figured out I will have to achieve it somehow through writing and affiliate marketing.

I have to figure out the world of affiliate marketing and see if I can lend a hand to others as I navigate this world.

Sorry for the long post. I am amazed at how the words flow once I start. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

I have plenty in my head, along with what I read, to put on a computer screen.

I think every body on this site does.

Don't let your dream expire. Keep working and maintain your dream.
