Time Waits for No One.
Just a quick post....as I am again out of time in my day and need to prep for the next task at hand. I am still loving the WA training...when I can get to it!!!! I KNOW that I have to figure out a way to block out time on my calendar, not allow interruptions during that time, work on my website instead of watching Netflix with my husband at night, etc.
I am spending a ton of time right now in my gardens (also my niche). Instead of writing about them, I am living them hard core right now. Produce is coming in like gangbusters, July humidity is causing the battle of powdery mildew to begin, and birds/pests are liking our harvest as much as we are. We are also preserving with canning. The days are full. At the end of the evening after I've finished the outdoor tasks that are much more comfortable in shade and cooler temps, I just want to come in and collapse.
We are in a new place, my husband has started a new business, and I really want to contribute to our finances at some point with this website as well. I know how that happens....by spending more time with it! I literally typed the title to my third piece of content when a call came in that I had to take. The 45 minutes I had to write before we have to be somewhere tonight was eaten away. Hoping you veterans can offer some encouragement about pressing on when you are just...tired. 😁😁 I know this shall pass. September will come and the garden will slow immensely. Just feeling a bit overwhelmed at the moment.

Ya, times truly madly deeply wait for no one. I'm currently working on being more consistent myself. Maybe we should make a WA pact and stick to it? What do you say? :) Just kidding, making light of the situation. I guess it just comes down to how bad do we want it?

This was an eye opener for sure. But some things take time and some things have no time to happen. I too have a huge garden 40 ft by 40 ft.and it engulfs all my time as well as all the other things going on in my life. I'm an advid tractor puller during the summer months and builder to and now I have a website and all it needs is alil more help like color maybe a picture and a couple of links.all planned for this weekend and yet what happend yesturday is now going to fill my weekend and again I'll have to reschedule my website for another weekend as my time will be spent putting in a new water pump .and whose to say that's all I need hmmmm things will just have to wait I suppose. Sorry I go out of my way sometimes to explain to you and everyone .but i want to make sure i got you attention. You pick the most important thing that cant wait cause that's the most important....besides you'll have the rest of the yr to jump all over the content on your website and sometimes learn new things about growing things you didnt know you knew till the end of the gardening season..I do know this that if I take onions potatoes and beets wait for them to get real rooty and plant them in a pot in my cellar I will have fresh veggies till summer comes again. So dont beat yourself up.i hope you have a fantastic summer......... Dennis
