I certainly don't need to guess at what brought me here...
simply put it was my desire to be my own boss and combine that with my love of technology. I am a stay at home mom with four beautiful children, two of which are special needs. Moreover when we aren't on the go, we are a very active family. I definitely do need a career that can be as flexible as it is portable.

When I can find the spare time after my family's needs have been met for the day; I enjoy at home spa treatments, nail art, arts and crafts, cooking, baking, music, shopping, and some day in hopefully the not so distant future traveling.

I figured since I have been here a while and am beginning to feel a part of the community now that it couldn't hurt to share a few more details and photos. The second one I uploaded just so happens to be a more professional looking one, so I thought I would upload it.

The current profile pic is one of my fiance (Chris) and myself. We were at a local formal event for a local mental health facility, Pathways. They call it a mix and mingle formal, the purpose is to increase awareness and acceptance of individuals with mental and sometimes physical disabilities. We have gone three years running now since we began dating again. We celebrated 2 years on February 10 and have been engaged now since December 21, 2013. He might be a step parent but as far as the kids are concerned he's "Dad." We all have been through a lot to get to where we are as a family today but we couldn't imagine our lives without him in it. A vast majority of the time I'm on WA or working on my website or trying to get my Avon Business off the ground it is because he has shouldered most of the load where the kids are concerned.

We have been through a lot this past school year too. A LOT of behavioral issues for our youngest son, a medical set back for another, and finding that all three of the oldest kids which are boys are ADHD. They are all on the same medication at various levels. Unfortunately the child that had the set back, I believe the medication to be the culprit.

Chris has said that if I am able to make "a go of it" here at WA and through online marketing that he might be inclined to try it too!
Jen101's Goals 3
Money Goals
#1 How much money would I be happy earning? Atleast about $100,000.00 anually. Finally having financial freedom and be able to fulfill all of my dreams as well as some of my family's dreams would be beyond contentment for me!
#2 The amount I would be ecstatic making would be around $500,000.00 a year, that would definitely allieviate all my worries and give me a sense of security that I could save money for my kids to go to their proms, graduation parties, any extra curricuilar activities that might interest them ... I would be able to provide. I would be able to provide them with college educations! If I were being greedy or overly optimistic, then I would say $1,000,000.00 a year or more...that way I know my family and I could live comfortably, I could give to charity, and possibly leave a bright and lasting legacy behind for my children.
#3 What am I willing to do to achieve this goals?
Work very, very hard. Don't give up and use my highly adaptable personality or someti es over active ability to be highly creative help steer me down the road to success.

Hey Jennifer! I was never sold on the idea of working to make someone else rich for the next 40 years of life. I wanted to build a business that worked for ME. Wealthy Affiliate has been such an important part of my life as the training and support here helped me realize my goal.

You can see the same success too! It's a matter of taking action and asking questions when you get stuck. Hope to see you around the site more!

Hey Jennifer! Just wanted to follow up and see how you're doing so far. Hope you've been enjoying the training offered here and the community as well.

I wanted to share with you a training I wrote here at Wealthy Affiliate. It's called "9 Tips for Internet Marketing Beginners" and it walks you through some of the things I've learned since joining Wealthy Affiliate over 5 years ago. Check it out below and leave a comment to let me know what you think!

Hey Jennifer and welcome to Wealthy Affiliate!

My name is Steve and I'm the owner of IveTriedThat. You signed up through me and I thought I'd tell you a little about myself. I joined Wealthy Affiliate back in 2009, over 5 years ago. I was looking to learn how to supplement my income through Internet Marketing and what I've found was so much more.

By 2010, I was working full-time from home. These days, ALL of my income comes from my ventures online. In fact, my wife just recently quit her job to start her own business as well. Internet Marketing and Wealthy Affiliate have provided us with amazing opportunities (we've bought a house, get to travel the world, and best of all, no longer spend time "going to work") and I'm incredibly thankful to the training, tools, and support here that made it all possible. :)

I'd love for you to see the same level of success. So, if you ever have any questions or need a hand with anything, do not hesitate to get in touch with me. I am here to help!

To get started, you should add a short description and upload a picture. Wealthy Affiliate is a community and having a profile and a picture will really help get you acquainted here.

Anyways, thought I would just introduce myself. If there's anything I can do for you Jennifer, just let me know!

Cheers!

Steve
