Almost everyone has a passion outside of the dull routine of work, home kids and life in general. When you are trying to come up with a niche think about the thing in your life that gives you the most pleasure. The thing that you are truly passionate about. Maybe you love to be in your garden pruning roses. Maybe you are a marathoner and running is your life. Maybe you love old muscle cars. Maybe you love restoring antiques. I could go on for a couple more paragraphs but I think you get the point. The best niche market website is going to be the one you create that centers around your passion...whatever that may be! The real key is being a problem solver for your target audience.That's where you can really drill down in the key words and get specific. If you can solve a problem for them they will love you and refer your site to others as well.
