Hey WA!

Well this blog has been a long time coming (my 1st one since joining) and I feel mixed emotions while writing this. But I feel the need to let you all know how I'm doing.

I have been on WA a for a total of 63 days and the experience has been an eye opening whirlwind! I have learned so much about making money online. There are so many things that I had no clue about like; affiliate programs, SEO and how easy it is to own and make a website.

Sometimes though I feel like so much info and methods are coming to me, that I just can't handle it all. I definitely have hit that information overload button several times lol. But I would rather the overload then the lack of knowledge state I was in before I stumbled across WA.

Because I work full time and I have just started my own photography business, the time I have to dedicate is limited. I have said so many times to myself that I so wish I had known about WA last year when I was spending hours at home on the computer searching for a job.

I can't wait for the day that I can quit my job and do this and photography full time; that's the dream and goal. I have given myself 1 year to achieve this goal, the goal of doing what I love. Children photography and making money online.

Progress Report:

So I spent the first 2 weeks going through the training and trying to put the layout and basic pages of my site together.

Then my sister got married (destination wedding) and that had me consumed for about 2 weeks and I did nothing with the site.

Then I started to get discouraged at how hard it was for me to write a post. I didn't even go on WA for about another 2 weeks.

I finally snapped out of that funk around Christmas time. I had 2 weeks off from work and I was determined to use that time efficiently. I continued with my training, finished another post and cleaned up my site.

So as of today I have my website up with 3 post (I know that 3 is basically nothing), but for me it success because of the struggle with time and my own self.

2 month Goals:

Over the next 60 days I want to dedicate time to continue finishing Kyle's training and writing more post. My realistic goal is to write 1 post a week. I really can't wait til I can dedicate more time and start kicking out 5 post a week. But until then I will work with what I have and do the best I can to secure my future!

Thanks to all WA members that took the time to answer my question and to all those that write take the time out to write blogs and training post that have helped me so greatly.

Hey Jelsie congrads on your 60 days. Take one day at a time and a Year will have come and gone. Keep on rolling.

Greg P.

Thanks Greg! I appreciate the encouragement!

Congratulations on your first 2 months here!

It's good to hear you've overcome the "quitter" or discouraging mentality. I just had the same struggle recently - I didn't write or come on WA for 3 or 4 days, which for me was a lot, since I spend basically every day on here.

I have no doubt you can accomplish your upcoming goal of consistently writing 1 post a week, you seem like a very determined individual.

Good luck to you!

Yeah that "quitter" bug had me for a lil too long, but there was no way that I was going to lose to it lol. Thanks Cohen!
