Very good Jeff. I like to study before , or create a survey to understand what they want and also it helps to create new strategies for works and projects.
It depends on the way you work and to understand better your clients and the needs , what they want , sometimes it s just intuition , you aready know what they will like because you know them.On instagram you can create surveys of different types , or sometimes on e-mail, or just simply asking questions. Then you can improve your next sells .
