HERE IS THE TRUTH; YOU CAN'T LIVE A POSITIVE LIFE WITH A NEGATIVE MIND; ALWAYS WORK ON FOR POSITIVITY.

My dear wealthy affiliate family and friend, happy Thursday!

They often say and compare with the BRIDGE, which connects a failure life with a successful life.

There is an unfortunate reason why happiness is often elusive.

Our brains are wire in that way. Instead, our brains evolved and survived to protect ourselves and to keep us safe. I'm sure we are having moments of elation periods of contentment and bliss. And many of us are plagued with persistent negative emotions. How can we find more enjoyment in our life? It takes practice, cultivates lasting happiness in our life. In a sense, we have to reset the mindset. And, of course, it won't happen overnight.

These are some of the Strategies you can do every day to discover the secrets of being happy.

You have to focus on the positive to find long-term happiness. It will help if you retrain your brain from a negative mindset to a positive attitude. These things are: Spend one to two minutes looking for positives in your life. Do this three times a day for 35 days, and your brain will start doing it automatically.

Here need connection socially. Spend time with family; friends are the most important thing to do to be happy, creating a good life balance.

Practice mindfulness mediation is worked by bringing your awareness, attention to the present moment. It's nonjudgmental accepting how you're feeling. Practicing mindfulness is means being present, aware, and curious. Assuming what we're going through decreases stress, helping us to see the situations for what they are. Through mindfulness, we can find peace affirmation in ourselves.

Pay attention to physical health. Always health and happiness are firmly connected, so exercise regularly.

Be spiritual. Whether religion-based or not, spiritually offers a foundation for happiness.

Spend your money wisely. Rather than spending your money on the material thing, spend it on experiences, family vacation, activity w/ friends, and mindfulness retreat.

Be resilient. You have to learn the art of bounce back adversities.

Give thanks. Gratitude is always linking to joyfulness. Take your time once a day to think about one thing you wish.

Be positive. The experts say you can fake it till you can make it; smiling and engaging in a positive behavior can help you become positive even if that is not how you felt initially. When you have a positive outcome, you have a positive income and more positivity to laugh at it.

I love to live a meaningful life. I am connecting with goals that have meaning to you and find joy in the journey.

Overcome the obstacles. The obstacles we face in life are not always easy to overcome. They are a test of our determination, endurance, perseverance, and will. Be aware of Refusing to let anything get in the way of completing the objectives you set for yourself, both at work and in your Personal Life. Say no to naysayers and keep your focus on the endgame. Be strategic, tenacious, and resilient. Overcome the obstacles and make it your mission to achieve your goals and your business—especially our business here at Wealthy Affiliate.

Here I am hoping you could take a minute and think about this. For me, it means what you are thinking now, you become. If you're focusing on negative things now, you're more likely to have a negative life.

Life teaches us so many good things, but sometimes it happens that we fail in something, and we lose our hope.

But STOP! It's not the end of your Life because FAILURE is the first step to our SUCCESS.

The real meaning of life is to learn new things every day, to experience good & bad. That is including in our daily life.

But for that, you need to focus and enthusiastic about life.

=>If you are correcting your mind, the rest of your life will fall into place.

=>Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.

=>The worry is just a total waste of time. It doesn't change anything. All it does is steal your JOY & keep you very busy doing nothing.

=>You have to be proud of who you are and not ashamed of how someone else sees you.

=>Thinking positively, exercising daily, eating healthy food, working harder, staying stronger, worrying less, dancing more, and loving often.
