The 90-Day Wake-Up Call Starts Now (And Here’s Your Step-By-Step Plan)
Today isn’t just Canada Day. Its the highly anticipated day many of you were waiting for! Here's looking at you MG!
It’s Day 1 of something a little more personal.
This is the official launch of the 90-Day Affiliate Challenge, and if you're reading this, you're already halfway in.
But I’m not about to let you dive into this thing blind. Let’s break it down. Simple. Real. Step-by-step — just how I wish someone handed it to me when I first started.
❓Wait… What Is the 90-Day Challenge?
Think of it like your own personal affiliate marketing bootcamp — minus the yelling drill sergeants and forced 6 a.m. pushups (unless that’s your thing).
It’s a proven format that helps you:
✅ Focus on ONE business
✅ Take consistent action every week
✅ Build real momentum toward income
✅ Actually finish something without burnout or bouncing niches
Whether you’re brand new or been here since WA 1.0, this gives you a clean reset button.
🧭 Your Weekly Game Plan (Copy, Save, Use)
Use this as your tracker, your guide, your gentle kick in the butt.
Each “week set” has a purpose. This isn’t fluff — it’s function.
✅ Weeks 1–4: Lay the Foundation (July)
- Choose ONE niche and site
- Define ONE goal (posts, list, sales, subs — pick YOUR focus)
- Publish 1–2 pieces of content per week
- Leave 5 WA comments/week
- Share 1 post externally (FB, X, Pinterest, etc.)
- Start a weekly blog or journal-style post on WA
Focus: Get consistent. Done beats perfect.
✅ Weeks 5–8: Build the Engine (August)
- Publish 3+ posts/week or batch content in spurts
- Interlink older content and build “pillar pages”
- Share posts into niche groups or forums
- Start light keyword tracking (WA tools, Jaaxy, etc.)
- Refresh your goal if needed
Focus: Shift from output to structure. Start seeing traffic.
✅ Weeks 9–12: Monetize + Optimize (September)
- Add stronger CTAs and affiliate links
- Update 3+ older posts for SEO or layout
- Create a “top tools” or “best of” article
- Begin tracking clicks or conversions
- Optional: Launch a lead magnet, opt-in, or email list
Focus: Let the machine work. Shift from growth to revenue.
📅 How to Stay on Track
Every Monday, drop a simple weekly update in the comments right here.
Tell us:
✅ What you did
✅ What worked
✅ What sucked
✅ What’s next
You’ll see mine posted too. No pressure, no judgment — just momentum.
🧠 But Jeremy, What If I Fall Behind?
You will.
So will I.
That’s part of the ride.
This challenge isn’t about perfection. It’s about reps, rhythm, and getting back in the fight.
Miss a week? Pick up where you left off.
Didn’t hit your content goal? Publish anyway.
Overwhelmed? Strip it back to one small action per day.
Progress over perfect.
🧨 Why This Challenge Matters to Me
I’m not writing this from a co-working space in Bali.
I’m writing this from a gravel lot in British Columbia…
Where I’ve also:
- Built 4 affiliate sites
- Run campground operations full-time with my family
- Launched YouTube channels from a picnic table
- Lived full-time in an RV for 3+ years
- Fought with bad Wi-Fi and curious squirrels while uploading posts
This isn't theory. It’s the only thing that keeps the dream moving forward — action.
And now it’s your turn.
🚀 Ready to Roll?
If you're nodding — even slightly — then you're ready.
👇 Drop this in the comments:
“I’m IN and focusing on [your niche/site].”
✔ Use the tag #90dayWAchallenge on your WA blog updates
✔ Use the checklist above every week
✔ Check in each Monday (right here) with your wins and struggles
Let’s see where we land 90 days from now.
We start today. Let’s move.
— Jeremy

JD — Here is my Week 11 update. Again, my thanks go out to Gail-UK for the reminder. Also, my apologies to Gail because at the time I replied to her week 11 update, I didn't think about all the stuff I didn't mention to her.
Published support post “Finding Your Balance: Free Value vs. Paid Offers as a Writer” on my site (with links to the original article + my Substack).
Handled a wave of site comments (return readers + new names: Jason, Slavisa, Jenny, Linda, Kiersti, Alice, Kavitha, Michel, Sariya, Mohamed, Thierry, Paul) and kept the convo moving.
Built core site basics: About, Affiliate Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Contact; set up menu with a parent item and 4 child pages.
Contact form working via Formspree (WP plugin connected).
Upgraded to WA Premium+ and set a baseline monthly target.
Logged a Canon & Continuity audit for The Forgotten Town (Ch.1–10) to keep fiction tight.
⚙️ In Motion
Support Posts #2–#7 outlined; #3 up next for publishing.
Substack plan: maintain free first 5 chapters, paid from Ch 6; Notes cadence mapped (AM/PM/Eve).
Separate WA promo site: using my .net domain; structure drafted.
🎯 Next 7 Days
Publish Support Post #3 on the site.
Prep WA-tailored version of my first niche post.
Ship 3 Substack Notes (morning/midday/evening) tied to the next article.
Start scaffolding the .net WA promo site.

Wow, JD. You did a huge amount this week, you little dark horse, you!! And no apologies necessary. I'm just pleased you have achieved so much!
My latest update: What are we in week 9 or 10? I think its week 10, almost 2 weeks left!
So my latest attempt to get back on track with my YouTube channel decided it was a lost cause. I do plan to make a good video today and post it this week. That said i did manage to get a couple articles done on some websites that were long overdue. I also managed to perform an AI assisted/Voice assisted landing page for my RV site. I posted it this morning. It's progress and that's what matters!
Hoping everyone else is still in the game! Let's see those updates!
Great stuff Jeremy - at least you're still here and that's what counts. I've had an odd week myself and am just writing the report now. I'm reporting on week 10 if that's any help!
Man I hear ya, I don’t even know what week we’re on anymore. I’ll throw up a post later today to figure it out myself. That RV landing page sounds slick, and getting those overdue articles done is a win in my books. Progress is progress.
Shawn
Thank you for inspiring us with this 90 day challenge, I'll soon have mine up once i figure out where i am lol

90-Day Challenge – Week 7 Update
Now....
I'm still in the fight, even if the punches keep coming. What about everyone else following this challenge? Are we hanging in there? The chatter seems to have lessened...
Alright, here’s the real deal:
I wrapped up Week 7 by finally getting another video out:
👉 Check it out here - https://youtu.be/yq6RAMgGQyw
That was my biggest focus this week — and hitting upload always feels like a win.
The Saturday Off List:
I actually took a full Saturday off a couple days ago (rare around here). Sat down, made myself a to-do list with 9 items… knocked out 3.
Not great, not terrible — progress is progress.
One of those 3 was fun though:
🎰 Built an RV Slots game right on my homepage — from idea to working feature in a single sitting. (Wrote about it on here if you missed it: From Idea to RV Slots--find it on WA or click here From Idea to RV Slots: How I Built This in One Sitting ).
The Not-So-Fun Part:
I also spent way too much time trying to figure out AWIN. Since the ShareASale migration, my dashboard looks like it was designed by a raccoon in the dark. Nothing lines up 100% and it ate more hours than I’d like to admit. Still, I chipped away at it.
Other Stuff That Got Done:
-Pre-published a couple “Affiliate Marketing and…” WA posts
-Started tinkering with brand pages
-Prepped to use this coming Wednesday as a real “catch-up” day
The Reflection Bit:
If Week 6 was downtime… Week 7 was me trying to re-shift gears. Not everything got done, but I’m moving.
That’s the theme here: not perfect, just persistent.
Peak season at the campground still makes every week a battle, but the uploads are happening, the ideas are flowing, and the challenge is still alive.
Week 8? Let’s see what happens when the engine kicks in a little harder.
👉 How’s everyone else holding up mid-challenge? Still swinging? Really want to see your updates! Let's bring it to the last level soon!
Hi Jeremy. Sounds like you really pushed up a gear this week. Well done. I like the slots game - great way to engage people and boost your clicks to Amazon too. Clever! Good work on your video too - love the little animations at the border check!
You're still in this challenge as are other people I know too. Thanks for encouraging us all to keep going. You're doing a grand job helping us.
Gail
90-Day Challenge – Week 6: A Breather
This week? I took some intentional downtime.
Not because I’m out of the game, but because even engines need to idle before the next long stretch.
No new videos.
No big content pushes.
Just a little space to recharge and clear the mental clutter.
Peak season at the campground is still full throttle, but I’m setting my sights on Week 7 as my catch-up week — the goal is to close the gap, push out some content, and get back in rhythm.
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step back… so you can come back swinging.
How’s everyone else balancing the hustle with breathing room?
I agree - sometimes you need to just stop and rest. I usually get to that stage about 2am when I realise that all I've typed for the last half and hour is: asadlfjkkadskkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkasdajlf!
At least it wasn't ASDF JKL; --- and then you remembered high school typing class for another 2 hours after the fact!
Haha - we did have a typing class in our school - but it was only for the lower band girls!! How dated is that!

OK - so better late than never. My goals this past week, im not gonna lie, sucked. I did manage to stick with one of my creations and MAKE that video. The downside is its a 32 minute video, and editing in not the best of wifi has pushed back the date of release to hopefully by Saturday.
On top of things, we are on the final 2 weekends at the park, so i've really gotton lazy.
I remmeber these challenges being hard, but wow.
THere is 1 more week to go folks, and I'm super proud of everyone that joined me on this journey. This last week, as we're in it, i'll update you now, My focus is on this video being published, getting a couple more article in, and keep working on finishing my memoirs of a park operator book!
That'll be my 90 days!
1 small win for me in this 90 days ---- BIG REVEAL --- I did get some monetization from some of my websites. I have about 67.00 plus or minus in commissions across 3 affiliate platforms, CJ Network, AWIN, and a payout from Share-a-sale after all is said and done.
So, just to point out, did my 90 days payoff? YES! And if it didn't for you, don't give up. Take a 30 day break if you must, and do another 90 day personal challenge to yourself.
Cheers ALL, and good night! Signing out for now...
