Bootcamp – Week 15 Wrap-Up (Final Class Update!)

Week 15 was the last Boot Camp class, and I’m glad it didn’t end with some cheesy “you did it” moment.

It ended with reality.

The theme was scaling what works, tightening messaging, and building momentum beyond the foundations. In other words, stop collecting strategies and start acting like you’re running a system.

I published the full Week 15 breakdown on my site (screenshots, embeds, traffic behavior, referrals, the whole thing). Instead of turning this WA post into a mile-long scroll, here’s the short version of what Week 15 clarified for me.

1. Boot Camp wasn’t the finish line, it was the toolbelt

Week 15 reframed everything. The point wasn’t to “complete 15 lessons.” The point was to walk away with a repeatable loop: test, measure, refine, repeat. If I treat it like homework, it ends when the class ends. If I treat it like a foundation, it keeps compounding.

2. Refining a “winner” can make it worse

This week I tried to refine one of my earlier blueprint ads aimed at real estate agents. The refined version actually underperformed the original in less time, so I paused it.

That sounds like a loss, but it’s not.

It’s proof that “improvements” aren’t improvements unless the data agrees. Sometimes the best move is to stop touching it.

3. Blueprint relevance is still the strongest lever I have

My best potential ad this week wasn’t the most creative one, it was the one that matched the blueprint system. When the ad and landing page tell the same story, people don’t just click. They behave differently.

That’s what I’m building around now.

4. I ran 6 ads, but I’m tracking a different scoreboard

I’m still running low budget tests, but I’m not optimizing for vanity metrics.

I’m watching for:

  • landing page behavior
  • blueprint requests
  • referral signals
  • and whether the system is producing consistent “raise-your-hand” moments

Revenue is still at $0. That’s not the scoreboard right now.

5. The referral “train” started to move

This week I picked up 1 new Starter referral. January total is now 6 starters, which is the most referrals I’ve had in a single month since starting.

Kyle said something in the final training that stuck with me:

“Once you get on the referral train, you’ll know… and that’s when you start refining.”

No upgrades yet, but I’m taking the momentum seriously. Signals first. Scale after.

6. The next phase includes something I’ve never done: slow down on purpose

I’m setting a work-life balance reset window (Jan 19 → Feb 1) to keep the system running without burning myself into the ground. That means tighter routines, daily movement, and a mental shift away from “reactive mode.”

I’ve noticed, it seems that if I tamper with a Facebook AD, it seems to 🛑 STOP progress.

I think with the particular ad in question for my it was that i didn't change the image, so I know that was an issue.
