There are only two Microsoft-approved ways to reset a Windows password - I assume you refer to them?
This method goes beyond microsoft approved methods, that is why i don't publish the steps but offer as a service which i can't reveal the procedures or show client, otherwise, i would probably entangle myself with legal issue with microsoft. This method is useful when all microsoft suggested methods failed, and i believe many business owner or companies r caught in situation where staff left the company without removing the windows login password intentionally or unintentionally. I would consider my service as the white hat hacking.
