6 Weeks In - Stay Motivated
Well I've made it six weeks but haven't gotten as far as expected. Still fighting those demons of doubt and have now taken on a side job just to get some money rolling in. I'm a bit disappointed that instead of spending all my time improving this site, I work yet again to enrich someone else. Keep the faith I'm told and march ahead...it's not a race.
Brings me to my point...

I believe the human spirit grows strong in conflict and the will to win is the light that permeates darkness, a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything.
If you really want something, you'll figure out a way to make it happen. Here at WA I've found those resourceful souls that make it possible to continue on every day. I love being part of this community. You've given me the patience and perseverance which has a magical effect and makes difficulties disappear while hurdling obstacles. I know the success gained here is real and is unadulterated proof that all of us can do it as well. Keep the faith fellow WA newbies and march ahead! Many thanks to all who pay it forward!

John, that is great, and we can do anything we set our minds to. I truly believe if we can see it we can achieve it.I know I feel this way most days, oh my site doesn't look that good, however I am plugging along. Sometimes I think we are our own worse critic. So you are rocking I think.

Thanks Yanc. As the great Babe Ruth once said (I think). "Each strike brings us to the next home run". I stay positive by thinking of the dividends this will pay both of us. Keep at it and next time you get critical on yourself, remember...fall 7 times, get up 8.
Hi John.Thank you for your heartfelt blog for all of us to read and feel. You are going to do just fine with your mental strength and positive attitude. No one said that it is easy starting your own online business! We know first hand what it takes. Sometimes life does get in the way and we have to deviate from our ultimate course. Hi John....I haven't even made the six week mark yet, but I do agree that persistence is a virtue. And, I haven't gotten as far as I expected yet, either. I am still working my "other" business too. I can't wait for the day that I do not have to do my current "job" anymore because then I will have more time to devote to my online "job." Best of luck to you. *Melanie*

Wow, very well said John! I'm pretty much in the same boat my friend, my $47 will be due here in a few days and I don't have it! I have to find a way to pay it! I want so badly for this to work, like you said, "Here at WA I've found those resourceful souls that make it possible to continue on every day.", is exactly why I want to stay!
