Don't get caught up.
As a person who has a very short attention span, I have already noticed a habit that I must break immediately. I just started this training and im already getting sidetracked by the notifications. If you are new here like I am DONT GET CAUGHT UP. We must realize this is not Facebook, this is about our Finances. Today I installed a Google chrome extension called STAY FOCUSED.

What STAY FOCUSED does is gives you a time limit on what ever websites you choose to limit your time on. I limited my time on Facebook because I found myself wasting valuable time on it. Every minute wasted could of been a minute used to get my business toward my final goal.
As for the WA notifications I must turn them off. I have decided to dedicate 6 hours a day; 4 days a week on building a solid online business. I do know that networking and communicating with the community is also a huge part of this transition for me. So I have allowed myself 1 hour deal with the community after training. This gives me something to look forward to at the end of training. I am sharing this with you because hopefully someone may be experiencing the same habit. I just want to share some ideas of how to combat it.
Yes it's nice to socialize but as business owners you have to learn how to prioritize your time. It can end up a habit that will cause your business to lose revenue.

I've played in bands, dj'd at bars and worked for an arts and entertainment magazine. Over the years, I met a lot of people and quickly gained 1400 friends on facebook. I never deleted any of them despite how little they influenced my life. Instead, I just hide/unfollow them, and secretly hope they still follow me, because one day, i'm going to have something important to show or say to everyone. haha.
But, yeah, hide/unfollow people and pages that do LITTLE for your knowledge or little for building your online business. I was able to cut my facebook time down from 4 hours to probably 1 hr a day.
